We offered, rather than were requested to write this testimonial for Suleyman Celik because through his efforts we found the process of having a holiday home built for us in Southern Turkey enjoyable and stress free.
We travelled to Fethiye for one week in December 2006, having visited Turkey several times before, but thought it very unlikely that we would be able to even start the process of buying in such a short time. we consider ourselves very fortunate to be introduced to Hascelik property developers through a local management company as they provided sound, practical advise about where to purchase property and the drawbacks of different locations. We decided to have a villa built in Uzumlu and Suleyman was very proactive seeking out potential plots of land and negotiating the purchase price of our preferred plot. We were impressed by his obvious professionalism and knowledge and by the end of the week had signed a contract with the company. One of the things we thought was excellent was the fact we were able to negotiate a total price for he villa and then choose fittings and fixtures etc that fitted within that-this meant that we always knew that the villa would not cost us anymore than we had originally budgeted for.
Within two weeks of being back in England we received design options and a month later work commenced. The contract included a penalty clause which the company volunteered to put in - we had not considered this but it gave us additional piece of mind as it was clear from the start that the villa would be completed to time. The builders worked seven days a week and it was finished ahead of the six month schedule and by July 2007 we owned our new home which we are truly delighted with.
We have found Hascelik Property Developers to be totally trustworthy and reliable and we would thoughrouly recommend them to anyone considering buying or building a property there. Our own experience is that it has been great fun and the end result thoroughly worthwhile.

Having seen our property in the early stages of construction and noticing the presence of the builder overseeing the workman we felt that the property would be built to a high Standard. We were not disappointed.
We received personal attention when we were taken to decide our choice of colour schemes and fixtures and fittings. Even the slight alterations we required were quickly agreed and incorporated without any fuss.
It is also comforting to know that we are able to phone or call in at the Office in Fethiye and receive prompt attention to any problem that we might have.
We would have no hesitation in recommending HASCELIK.

As a result of knowing two people who had bought from this company l decided to purchase an apartment in the Fig Development.
